As your Buyer’s Representative, my goal is to make finding your home easier and more efficient than if you were to look on your own. I will show you properties that fit your criteria, guide you on local neighborhoods, negotiate on your behalf and prioritize your wants and needs above all else.

Buying Process

I will show you properties that fit your criteria and prioritize your wants and needs above all else.

I am here to help you navigate through the home buying experience from start to finish. From planning tours to negotiating the home of your dreams, I am committed to delivering the best possible service.

Together we will plan your search and tour properties. Once we find a property you love, I will perform a comparable market analysis to help you determine a purchase offer.

After I have negotiated on your behalf with the seller to ensure you get the most favorable terms, I will draw up an offer letter for you. The seller may counter with different terms, accept or reject the offer. When your offer is accepted, I will open escrow and have you deposit your money.

A home inspector will come to the property you intend to buy to ensure there are no surprises. As your Realtor, I will attend the inspection to ensure everything is up to par. Following this, I will negotiate repairs with the seller and review all documents and reports on the property.

Once negotiations are complete and all reports on the property are reviewed, you will sign closing documents and hand off your down payment.

Upon closing, I will hand off the keys to your new home! Congratulations!
